Day eight draws toward a close. Exercises were a mixed bag this morning - skipping's getting better but push ups and sit ups (I'm sure I'm not doing these in the approved manner) are getting harder - knees are fed up with squats but, hey, tomorrow's menu looks great - no push ups or sit ups! Rations seem generous - but no salt is tough - I guess I must take aboard about five times the recommended amount in normal life so cutting down to nil is probably overdue. Only dizzy spells during the day were brought on by the drunken lurches in the markets - hardly felt hungry at all...
